Category: 1960 Parking Lot Documents

These documents show that In February 1960 the current parking lot at the Polski Dom was purchased by Anthony Lidzbarski from Mr. and Mrs. Mozell Anderson for $12000.00. Anthony Lidzbarski passed away a short time after and his executor for his estate were his sons Edward Lidzbarski and Ryszard Lidzbarski . As the Grantors and Executors in December of 1961 of the property that was willed to them they then transferred the title and deed to the Polish Home Association. This property was a large piece of land with a house in the middle. The house was kept by the PHA until 1968 when it was demolished in a decision by the board to turn the lot into a paved parking space. Due to the generosity of the Lidzbarski family this property has become very valuable and a asset to the members and guests of the PHA.
